Jasmine, Specialist Support Coordinator

Jasmine Borovina is a Specialist Support Coordinator who brings deep compassion, lived experience, and specialist knowledge to the Able WA team. Her journey began when her middle daughter was born with significant physical, intellectual, and communication disabilities, leading Jasmine into the NDIS world earlier than most families.

As a mother of three — with two children who are NDIS participants — Jasmine understands the emotional load, complexity, and constant learning curve that comes with navigating disability supports. This pushed her to pursue formal training, completing a Diploma of Community Services with a specialisation in complex case work.

Jasmine is highly skilled in:
  • Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
  • High-complexity, multi-agency cases
  • Building stable support teams around children with complex needs
  • Crisis management, advocacy, and long-term planning
  • Supporting families who feel overwhelmed by the NDIS
Her calm, organised, and empathetic approach helps families feel grounded, informed, and genuinely supported during stressful times. Jasmine’s philosophy is simple: we’re all learning as we go, and no one should have to navigate the NDIS alone.

Jess, Support Coordinator

Jess is a dedicated and down-to-earth Support Coordinator who brings warmth, lived experience, and a genuine passion for helping families navigate the NDIS with confidence.

Starting her career in disability support in 2017, Jess supported both adults and children with a wide range of needs before moving into coordination. Her understanding of the sector deepened when her daughter was diagnosed with autism and ADHD, giving her firsthand insight into the overwhelm many families feel — from juggling therapy recommendations to interpreting complex NDIS reports and budget allocations.

Jess is known for her approachable style, clear communication, and ability to make people feel supported rather than intimidated by the system. She specialises in helping families who are new to the NDIS, breaking down confusing processes into simple, practical steps.

Her strengths include:
  • Supporting families to understand and use their plans
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary therapy teams
  • Advocacy that is warm but assertive
  • Helping parents feel grounded and informed
Jess combines professional experience with real-life understanding — making her a trusted, relatable Support Coordinator for families seeking clarity and genuine support.
